Chennai, [23. 07. 2024] — We are pleased to announce that Adv. C. Fernandas Rathinaraja has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Minorities Economic Development Corporation (TAMCO) by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Mr. M.K. Stalin.

TAMCO, established in 1999, has been a pillar of support for economically backward religious minorities across Tamil Nadu, including Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Sikhs, Parsis, and Jains. The Corporation’s mission has been to provide financial assistance through low-interest loans, aiming to uplift communities and stimulate economic development throughout the state.
In a significant move for the Corporation, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has entrusted Adv. C. Fernandas Rathinaraja with the responsibility of leading TAMCO into a new chapter of growth and service. Adv. C. Fernandes Rathinaraja is a distinguished figure with a long history of dedication to social justice and community service. His leadership roles have included serving as the General Secretary of the Church of South India, a prestigious position within a community of over 50 lakh members. மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் திராவிட முன்னேற்றக் கழகத்தின் தலைவர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அவர்களால் தமிழ்நாடு சிறுபான்மையினர் பொருளாதார மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகத்தின் தலைவராக மாண்புமிகு. Adv. C. பெர்ணாண்டஸ் ரத்தினராஜா அவர்கள் நியமிக்கப்பட்டிருப்பது. சிறுபான்மையினர் மத்தியில் மிகுந்த வரவேற்பைப் பெற்றுள்ளது.

கூடுதலாக, தென்னிந்திய திருச்சபையில் இறைமக்கள் செயலர், இணை பொதுச்செயலர், சட்ட ஆலோசகர், பதிவாளர் ஆகிய பொறுப்புகளோடு, 50 லட்சத்திற்க்கு மேல் உறுப்பினர்களை கொண்ட தென்னிந்திய திருச்சபையின் பொது செயலராக ஜனநாயக முறையில் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டவர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. தமிழ்நாடு சிறுபான்மையினர் பொருளாதார மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகத்தின் தலைவராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள மாண்புமிகு.
